PROTOTYPE LIVE · BANGKOK FIRST

Your macros,
your range.

Range ranks every shelf, restaurant and takeaway near you by grams of protein per calorie — then re-ranks that same list around your goal: Keto, Cut, Bulk, or straight Protein.

Why this exists

Macro apps tell you what
you ate. Not what to eat next.

📍

Local, not generic

Real venues from Bangkok's Asoke & Sukhumvit strip — 7-Eleven, KFC, Starbucks, FamilyMart and more — with their actual logos, not a generic nutrition database.

One honest number

Every food gets a protein-per-100-calorie score. That number never changes — it's the ranking built around it that adapts to your goal.

🎯

A formula, not a black box

Keto, Cut and Bulk modes each re-rank the same foods using a documented formula built from published nutrition research — shown to you in plain language, in the app.

The methodology

Four modes, four sourced formulas.

Protein mode is the always-on, always-honest score. The other three re-rank the same foods around published macro targets for that goal — never a personalised plan, always shown in the app.

Protein

Grams / 100 cal

The baseline score every food carries everywhere in the app. Higher is always better — it's the ranking around it that changes per mode.

Keto

~70% fat · 20% protein · <10% carb

Ranks fat-and-protein-dense foods highest and marks carbs down hard — a single high-carb item can blow a whole day's ~50g ketosis budget.

Cut

Deficit-friendly, protein-first

Rewards lean, high-protein-per-calorie foods and marks down fat, so protein keeps protecting muscle through a 300–500 cal daily deficit.

Bulk

Surplus-friendly, protein-first

Rewards high-protein, calorie-denser foods — built for a clean 300–500 cal surplus on real protein (~1g/lb bodyweight), not empty calories.

These are deliberate, sourced approximations built from published macro-split guidance for each goal — not personalised plans, since ranking a shelf of food has no user bodyweight or maintenance-calorie input to work with. The plain-language version above is shown directly in the app, next to the ranked list it describes.

Real venues around Bangkok's Asoke & Sukhumvit strip — 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway, Bonchon and more — with macro figures per item and real logos sourced from public listings.

A food diary logs what you already ate. Range helps you decide what to eat in the next five minutes, based on what's actually near you right now — ranked, not just listed.

This is an early, personal prototype — the form above doesn't sign you up to anything yet, it's just here so early visitors can say they're interested. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
